Yahoo Calendar launches

Reader JR reports that EventCal was owned by WebCal, which was purchased by Yahoo in July 1998. (See http://www.yahoo.com/docs /pr/release203.html for more details.) I guess so. If you try to go to http://www.webcal.com you end up at Yahoo! Calendar. Thanks JR.
