Yes, Google Has A Dmoz-Based Directory

Yes, there is a searchable subject index based on the dmoz.org directory at http://directory.google .com/ . It is in beta, and it has been rearranged according to the Google page-ranking technology. And somehow Google has managed to blend in some of its Web index, too, because if you do some comparison searching between this index and the dmoz.org index you'll see that Google offers you much more extensive results.
