LOC Adds Site Dedicated to Aaron Copland

Aaron Copland's 100th birthday was November 14, so the Library of Congress rolled out the Aaron Copland Collection at http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/achtml / . The offline collection from which this online collection is derived includes over 400,000 items. However, this Web site contains about a thousand items, including correspondence, writing, photographs, and sets of music sketches. There are four special presentations and the entire collection is, as always, both browsable and searchable by keyword.
