December 04, 2000Genealogy.com Releases Several New TitlesGenealogy.com announced last week several new titles which are now available online. The new titles are: New York, 1900 Census Data: Contains approximately 7.3 million people Kentucky, 1900 Census Data: Contains approximately 2.1 million people Virginia Colonial Records -- 1600s to 1800s: Contains the first colonial Virginia census, from 1623-1624. Also contains land record abstracts, militia lists, and immigration records. Covers over 200,000 people. Lineages of Hereditary Society Members (1600s to 1900s): Contains information on approximately 440,000 people belonging to important hereditary societies, including The National Society of the Sons and Daughters of Pilgrims, The Colonial Dames of America, The National Society of Daughters of Founders and Patriots of America and the General Society of the War of 1812. Immigrants to Pennsylvania (1600s to 1800s): Information includes date of birth, marriage and death, family member names, dates of arrival, etc. Scottish Immigrants to North America (1600s to 1800s): Information on more than 70,000 immigrants to the US and Canada.
