You Gotta Beeelieve In A Philosophy Search Engine

(Possibly the stupidest headline ever.) EpistemeLinks.com ( http://www.epistemelinks.com/ ) is a database of links to all things philosophical, divided into categories including topics, papers, and images. The database does not appear to be searchable in the entirety, but the Webmaster has made an effort to make each section as browsable as possible (the list of philosophers, for example, is browsable by time period, first letter of philosopher's last name, and topic area. In addition, there's a list of fifty popular philosophers on the top page of this section.)

In addition to links, this site also has forums (for both philosophers and philosophy topics), a pretty-much-monthly newsletter, and a monthly "Gem of the Web" site. It might take a little digging to get what you want (this site could really use a full search engine) but it's worth a look.
