October 30, 2001Virtual Learning Resources Center has Thousands of ListingsThe Virtual Learning Resource Center, at http://www.virtuallrc.com/ , has about 6,000 learning resources divided up into categories from the American Civil War to Writing Style Guides. A selected category -- ugh -- appears in a pop-up window. The upside is that some of the resources have a search form for that resource available. Look at the bottom of the annotation. Resources are listed with the title in a blue box and the annotation in the white box, which is a smidge hard to read. Spread them out a little and they'd be much easier to read. This site also has some popup search tools and a search engine tool on the right front side. I would design the listings a little differently, but it's worth a look. Posted to Reference-Learning
