Annotations are excellent, providing both the source of information, a description, and the date of addition. There are occasionally "links within links" as Karen points to pages of particular interest within a site.

I have only two suggestions for this site. The first concerns the front page, which I think would be easier to read if it were left-justified instead of centered. The second is that this site is so packed with useful information that it could really use a search engine. Well done. Worth a look.
