December 27, 2001Catsup, Ketchup, Rah Rah Rah -- The CONDIMENT PACKET MUSEUM!When I first got the URL for this site I took a look and had a good laugh. Not in a pejorative way, but just in enjoyment of the Web. I'm glad to discover the Condiment Packet Museum at http://www.chrisharne.com/condiment/. The site is divided into several categories, including ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, and salt/pepper. A special gallery has sections for Ramen packets, McDonald's packets, etc. Click on a category and you'll get a gallery of thumbnails of condiment packets. (I recommend checking the seasoning category.) Click on individual packets and you'll get a much larger view. Some packets have both sides scanned in but most of them are just single sides. This site is a tremendous amount of fun and worth a look. Now, as you go through this site you may notice a certain lack in the condiment section! Yup, no sugar packets. Don't despair -- the Internet to the rescue! The Sugar Packets Collector's page at http://members.iquest.net/~phillip/ has several sugar packet galleries, including sugar packets with presidential images, antique auto sugar packets, and of course a gallery of sugar substitute packets. Unfortunately the packets in the gallery are delivered as a single image. You can't click on one to get a larger picture. Posted to Wacky
