This site is not a traditional searchable subject index, but rather a very large primary page with some smaller subpages. Look for the first set of links in the large yellow box. That contains links to subpages including one for organizations, companies, personal sites, government pages, and drugs. Annotation is excellent for the most part. This index is also unusual in that it links to many individual articles in addition to a variety of diabetes-related sites.

This site is not organized like a traditional searchable subject index, so sometimes it's a little hard to move around in. You may find yourself having to do a little digging before you find the good stuff. Still, this site is worth a look.
