The British Library Gets into Internet Archiving

The British Library, reports the BBC (
http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/uk/newsid_1896000/1896620.stm ) wants
to expand its original project of archiving 100 UK Web sites. The
project, Domain UK, could expand to 10,000 UK Web sites of "social and
historical importance" depending on whether or not the British Library
gets a grant from the government.
