While Archaeolink doesn't create a traditional searchable subject index, Archaeology and Anthropology post have several sub-topics with many links listed in each. Links are well annotated, and topics run the gamut from Ancient Africa to Saskatchewan to Zooarchaeology.

The Archaeology and Anthropology Museums page seems to list only online museums, but plenty of those from all over the world. The Teacher Resources and Lesson Plans has information for grades K-12, with each listed resource containing a description and grade level. Nicely done. Worth a look.
