New Database of Museum News Available

Reuters and the Art Museum Network have teamed up to create the AMN Fine Arts Service, an online wire of museum news. This site will contain press releases and other announcements from the 200 members of the the Association of Art Museum Directors.

The site is available at http://www.amnnews.com/amn_home.jsp . The front page is divided into several categories, including General News, Buildings and Spaces, and Collections. You can also get a list of member institutions at http://www.amnnews.com/museums.html . This site isn't overwhelmingly busy, but looks to be steadily adding information. Worth a look. Now if they only made their news categories available in RSS....
