A collection of 592 photographs of Sicily, taken by Nigel Pollard, is available at http://tinyurl.com/dmk . This is another Perseus collection, like the jewel collection I mentioned last week.

The URL mentioned above takes you to a browsable directory of the pictures -- 37 screens of thumbnails. Click on one and you'll get more information about the photo, including a description of the photograph, a link to two larger pictures, and crosslinks (for example, if you check out the Castle of Euryalus, you'll get crosslinks to Fortification Walls and Syracuse.

There's a search box on the top-left of this page, but if you search this you'll search all of the Perseus collections. To find the photographs, search in the Greek and Roman Materials selection (there's a drop-down menu next to the query box allowing you to specify which collection to search.)
