July 29, 2002Games Kids PlayNo, it's not an Alan Parsons Project song. It's a Web site about traditional kid's games, like Red Rover, Ghost in the Graveyard, and Freeze Tag, and it's at http://www.gameskidsplay.net/ . You can view the games in several ways. There are the quick favorites, and then there are the games divided by categories -- jumprope rhymes, ball games, chase games, etc. There's an entire section devoted to picking who's IT. If you don't find the game you're looking for, there's a list of unindexed games -- 250 of them. Some of the games have very basic instructions (how much explanation do you need for British Bulldog?) while some of them are more elaborate. Some games have warnings when supervision or caution are required. Steeped in nostalgia. Worth a look. Posted to Culture-Life Stages | TrackBack
