MyFamily.com to Put WWI Draft Registration Cards Online

MyFamily.com announced today a project to make more than 24
million WWI draft registration cards available online in indexed, digitized format. Currently 100,000 cards are available on the site; more will be added weekly.

The cards will be searchable by name, state, county, and birth date. Card information includes full name, age, home address, date of birth, citizenship status, birthplace, occupation, whether married and if so any children under age 12, exemption from draft if any, height, build, eye color, hair color, and any physical impairments or disabilities.
