OneLook Adds Features

OneLook dictionaries ( http://www.onelook.com/ ) which allows visitors to search over four million words in over 700 dictionaries, has announced some improvements.

Their load speed is apparently faster; I noticed that the front page popped up very quickly and search results appeared equally quickly. From the front page, you have the option of searching definitions, translations, or searching all dictionaries. Searching for "bonce" brought me a page of definition links divided into categories: general, miscellaneous, and slang.

OneLook's got spelling recommendations, too. A search for "bonnce" found six recommended words, with bonce at the top. If you're really not sure about the spelling, you can insert a wildcard. Searching for bo?ce found five potential matches.

This incredibly fast load mode and the great number of dictionaries makes this a winner. Worth a look.
