Search Him Tender

Elvex' search section ( http://www.xs4all.nl/~arpt/elvex/lyrics_welcome.html ) allows you to search for several different aspects of Elvis Presley's music. Search forms on this page allow you to find song titles, lyrics, recording dates (looks like the format for date searching is yyyy/mm/dd) and song authors.

Searching for "tea" in the lyrics section found 93 results. (The lyrics database apparently matches parts of words; one of the lyrics that matched tea didn't contain the word tea but did contain the word steak.) Search results included the name of the song (clicking on the name brought album information), a pointer to the lyrics, the name of the song authors, and the original recording dates. The lyrics page shows a link to all albums which include the song you're viewing.

All search performed have the same result format, making it easy to do searches in different categories and follow the results. I don't know a whole lot about Elvis, but this was fun to explore. Worth a look.
