NY Times Redesigns Travel Section, Opens Archives

The New York Times announced last week that it's redesigned their travel section and made access to New York Times travel archives back to 1996 available for free.

If you've ever browsed the New York Times you won't be surprised by the layout on the travel page at http://www.nytimes.com/travel/ . Feature articles, section headlines, and multimedia features are all linked on this front page. At the top of the page you'll find a search engine where you can search travel articles back to 1996. A search for "Kauai" found 60 articles, going back to May 1996. All were free to read, but as with other New York Times articles, you will have to be registered to access them.
