Hoover's Starts Charging for E-Mail Alerts

For a looong time I've been using Hoover's for their free e-mail news alerts. They were absolutely excellent -- I'd get a lot of wire and international news stories I couldn't otherwise find, and best of all it was free.

Well, so much for that. Beginning on February 1st, Hoover's will be charging for their e-mail alerts. You'll have to have a Pro or Pro Plus subscription to get access to the e-mail alerts. You can get more information about joining at http://www.hoovers.com/hoov/join/index.html ; unfortunately I can't seem to find the pricing on Hoover's pages anywhere. AW, C'MON, HOOVER'S!
