Oklahoma Offers SOONERACCESS

The state of Oklahoma is now offering SOONERACCESS
at http://www.sos.state.ok.us/sooneraccess_news.htm . This site allows you to do a variety of business-oriented lookups. Some of them are free and some of them are paid services.

Among the free services are searches for name availability, trademark search, and notary search. The pay services include notary and trademark orders as well as business orders.

Business searches (free) allows you to search business entities, banks, churches, and domestic co-ops. A search for "fish" found ten results. The results listing includes the filing number, name of the business, entity type, registered agent, effective date, and the name type. Viewing detailed information on up to three entities is $5.
