Yes, it's one of those one-page lists I'm so fond of. In this case it's intellectual property resources and it's available at http://www.ip-links.de/ .

Compiled by European patent attorney Ralph Beier, this site lists its categories at the top. Categories include intellectual property offices, courts, and case law databases. There's just enough annotation to give you a decent idea of what's available on the site. The resources are of course more oriented toward Europe, but there's plenty of globally-interesting links here.
