Picasso Collection and Timeline

The On-Line Picasso Project, at http://www.tamu.edu/mocl/picasso/ , has over 6800 cataloged works by Picasso, arranged into a timeline of sixteen categories (from "ORIGINS & YOUTH" to "LAST YEARS")

The front page is a little confusing because the various names of the timeline period are not clickable. However, underneath each name is a list years covered by that period. THOSE are clickable.

Click on one and you'll get an extensively-annotated timeline for that year. The first quarter is on the first page; links to the other three quarters of the year are on additional pages. Some material within the timeline links to popup art pages; 1951 for example leads to pictures of "Paloma avec orange", "Fumées à Vallauris", and "Guernica", as well as other artworks.

In addition to the timeline on the front page, there's also links to other material at the top of the page, including a gallery, a list of museums and private holdings with Picasso works, and a bibliography.
