November 20, 2003Frank Lloyd Wright Web LinksI don't often cover Geocities.com resources, but in this case I'll gladly make an exception. All-Wright Site ( http://www.geocities.com/soho/1469/flw.html ) doesn't look as if it's been updated in a couple years, but there's enough essential information here to make it worth a look. There are several things you can access from the site's front page. You can get a brief biography of Frank Lloyd Wright, an overview of his career, and a link to a quotes page, an extensive set of pages about FLW's buildings, and a book list. But let's go back to the links page. The links page covers general interest links, student projects, multi-building sites, and even things like lighting and glass. There are over 200 links on this one-page link list; annotation is limited. Like I said, this site lacks freshness, and it gets a bit frustrating running into the 404s. But it contains enough information in and of itself that it's worth browsing through. Posted to Culture-Architecture | TrackBack
