Memories of the Civilian Conservation Corps

The James F. Justin Civilian Conservation Corps Museum, located at http://members.aol.com/famjustin/ccchis.html , is a site containing links, stories, and documents related to the CCC.

This site has a surprising amount of depth, more than you'd think from the front page. The anecdotes collection features a list of anecdotes from CCC members or their families. There are biographies of people who served in the CCCs, a book list, a history of the CCCs, a huge photograph collection, documents, and more.

Some of the anecdotes are a bit salty but not what I'd call unsafe for work. And this site desperately needs a site search -- expect to spend a lot of time browsing.
