Live Legislature Proceedings in the US

Here's a nice one-pager; a table of available legislative proceedings via television or the Internet. This site says " As of February 2004, live proceedings were available from 45 states. Internet audio or video feeds are available from 74 of the 99 legislative chambers," as you can see at http://www.ncsl.org/programs/press/leglive.htm . Information is presented in a table which shows the state, any audio only feeds available, audio and video feeds via the Internet, and audio and video feeds via television. There were only a few states (New Mexico, Vermont, West Virginia) which according to this table offered no live feeds.
