Resources for Literacy

The National Institute for Literacy has a directory of over 5000 literacy resources which may be searched by location and resource type. It's available at http://www.literacydirectory.org/ .

You'll need to enter your location (either zip or city/state) and a resource type. For the resource type you may search by Help with reading and writing, GED study help, Official GED test centers, help with math, or learning English as a second language.

A search for all resource types within five miles of 90210 found 54 results. Results are listed with phone number, address, and services available. There's a map and driving directions available, as well as a details icon that provides additional information including a contact name and e-mail address, services available for adults and children, and days instruction is available.
