Shipwrecks in California

Yo ho ho and a really plain lookup page. The California Shipwreck Database search page, at http://shipwrecks.slc.ca.gov/ShipwrecksDatabase/Shipwrecks_Database.asp , is extremely plain. To get more shipwreck information and a nicer design, back up to http://shipwrecks.slc.ca.gov . But right now we're here to search for shipwrecks.

You may search by ship name, type, county, latitude, or longitude. A search for "clipper" found 14 results, presented in a table including ship name, type, year built, year sunk, cause,
owner, captain, and engine. There's also information about the ship itself and the location.

Unfortunately there's not much in the line of additional details, though if you go to the main shipwrecks page you can get some additional information, including eight more detailed articles on shipwrecks, some video/audio resources about California shipwrecks, and related links.
