Google FAQ

Some extremely enterprising individuals have created a FAQ based on questions that frequently appear in the google.public.support.general newsgroup. It's available at http://www.geocities.com/googlepubsupgenfaq/ .

Information is divided into several categories, including Web search, toolbar, webmasters, etc. Some of the questions are simply pointers to other other information pages, while others are thorough explanations with a lot of pointers. (The question that's several variations on "Why am I getting redirected to other search engines when I try to go to Google, or click on Google search results?" is particularly good.)
