Hampton has launched a directory of the weird part of meatspace at the Hidden Landmarks Web site, http://www.hamptonlandmarks.com . Here you can search for hundreds of way out places in several categories. You can select either a state or a region (south, west, etc.) to search from. After that you can search all categories or narrow it to one of any or all other categories: movies, sports, history, pop culture, etc. I searched all categories in Indiana and got eight landmarks, from the kinda interesting ("On March 31, 1880, Wabash became the first electrically lighted city in the world.") to
