USA Today Has Database of Bestsellers

Now you don't have to wonder anymore exactly how much Harry Potter has dominated the best-seller charts. Now you can find out at USA Today's bestsellers database, available at http://asp.usatoday.com/life/books/booksdatabase/default.aspx . The data is limited; the database goes back only to 1993. But on the other hand these best-seller lists list 150 books at a time instead of the usual ten or twenty.

The database is searchable by author or title. A search for Turtledove found eight results. The results are presented just as a list -- there are no additional details -- including a very brief summary, weeks on chart, current position (if any), the date it entered, the peak position, and the date it left.
