May 24, 2004State of Nebraska Offers Court InformationToday is Really Cool Stuff on State Web Sites day. Nebraska is now offering searchable trial court information for 92 of Nebraska's 93 district courts, and all 93 county courts. It is not a free service. If you check the sub info at http://www.nebraska.gov/subinfo.phtml (all the way at the bottom of the page) you'll see that using this service costs 0.60 per record. If you're a high-volume user you can also get "all you can eat" access for $300 a month. A demo is available of how the system works, filled with example data. So you can run a search (by county, attorney, party name, etc.) and get results for fake cases (it IS a demo) which includes case summary, offense information, court costs information, and register of actions.
