July 15, 2004Google Adds Browse By Name Feature to ToolbarThe Google Toolbar ( http://toolbar.google.com ) has a new feature: Browse by Name. Browse by Name allows you to type words into the Internet Explorer address bar and get relevant results. For example, if you type in Ford Explorer it'll go to the Explorer page at Ford. If you type in Houston Astros you'll go to the Houston Astros page. It doesn't always work, though. If you type in "Harry Caray", for example, you won't get a page but instead will get a page of Google search results, as will, when I tried it, Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Martha Stewart.
