Checking the Political Buzz with Campaign Radar

If you're interested not only in the US political campaign but what folks are saying about the US political campaign, you want to check out Campaign Radar. A variant of Intelliseek's BlogPulse that's focused on politics, you can find it at http://www.campaignradar.com .

I think I can state conclusively that this site will make the graph wonk in you very happy. The top of the page opens up with candidate and issue buzz (and candidates like Badnarik and Nader are included.) Beneath that you'll get an issue by issue breakdown (economics, education, environment, health, and Iraq.) Each breakdown has another graph as well as top links and popular phrases.

For the candidates, there are also top links, popular phrases (called "Bursty Phrases") and posts for phrases. A pull-down menu at the top of the page lets you choose posts for the last few weeks. And of course there's an RSS feed (look at the top of the page.)
