CliffsNotes Now Available for Free Online Viewing

CliffsNotes has announced that they've got 180 literature guides online for free viewing. The snag is that viewing is the only thing that's free. Downloading and printing the guides will cost $5.99 The CliffsNotes site is at http://www.cliffsnotes.com .

You may browse the notes by catgory (books & novels, Shakespeare, short stories, etc.) browse them alphabetically by title, or search by keyword. A search for Cathy found Wuthering Heights and American Poets of the 20th Century. Listed titles have a "View Free" link. Clicking that gets you the material divided up into chapters, character studies, study help, etc.
