Search for Keywords in Sets of Links

Google Blogoscoped has come up with a nifty thing which I think uses the Google API. It's available at http://blog.outer-court.com/neighborsearch/ . What you do is enter a keyword. Then you enter a URL. And what NeighborSearch will do is search for your keyword only in those pages which are linked from the URL you specify. So you could enter visit, for example, and http://www.indiana.gov , and get a list of pages relevant to visiting Indiana. Sometimes it'll take a couple minutes to respond. Clever!
