Yahoo's Ten Year Retrospective

Yahoo's got a ten-year retrospective available on its Web site. It's a Flash-based presentation at http://birthday.yahoo.com/netrospective/. (There's also an HTML version -- look for it at the bottom of the page.)

There are a hundred squares. Click on a square and you'll get a capsule of an event or a personality or an institution that's impacted the Internet. It was depressing how many of these things and beings I recognized. I'm olllldddd.
