An RSS Reader in GMail?

Evan points to what looks like an RSS reader in GMail. Hm, sez I, sounds interesting. So I go to GMail and look for it, and I don't see anything, and I wonder if it's documented.

So I go to Help and search for "clips" and get one result: What is 'Clips'? http://gmail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=18219

Unfortunately that URL leads to a "not found" error, so I guess I'll get to keep wondering...
