The list on this page shows "All URLs that have been posted by a minimum of two people in the past fifty minutes are displayed, ranked by the total number of recent posts." The recent links on this list ranged from 5 to 2, and the list wasn't that long. But the number of total links for the particular resources ranged from over 3000 (Slashdot) to just half a dozen. The articles and resources listed here range all over the map. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be an RSS feed; if you want to keep up with this one you'll have to monitor the page.
