May 29, 2005Some AJAX Information Pointers for You and MeAJAX AJAX AJAX. Every time I turn around I hear AJAX. This is as bad as 2002 when every time turned around I heard RSS. Except in 2002 I had already been using RSS for two years. AJAX I don't know too much about, so this post is a brain marker for me with some pointers to resources I can use to read more about AJAX: What is apparently the original AJAX article -- http://www.adaptivepath.com/publications/essays/archives/000385.php (notice that he doesn't capitalize AJAX but a lot of other resources do. There may not be a standard yet. Do what you like. I won't tell on you.) Wikipedia AJAX page -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AJAX Del.icio.us AJAX tag page -- http://del.icio.us/tag/ajax (marvelous!) AJAX Blog/Linklist Gathering Place Thingie -- http://www.openajax.net/wordpress/ I'll be adding to this -- right now I'm looking for doofus-level (that's me!) introductions to AJAX functionality and perhaps a tutorial or two. Since this stuff seems so JavaScript heavy, and since for all JavaScript wisdom I look to Dori, I'm hoping she'll chime in with some thoughts and pointers. Posted to Internet-Technology | TrackBack
