June 29, 2005Answers.com Introduces Citation ToolAnswers.com, a search engine for answers, is now offering a citation creation tool along with their answers. You can check it out at http://www.answers.com . I ran a search for "James Dean", mostly because I can't get the Eagles song out of my head. I got a result that provided information from Wikipedia, Who2, and several other resources all on the same page. Down at the bottom of the page there's a list of copyrights for the various information and beside each of the copyrights there's a "cite" button. Clicking on the "cite" button takes you to a form that shows you the URL of the page and gives you the choice of MLA, Chicago, or APA reference styles. You may also have a "reference listing" format. As you click on the radio buttons, the citation form at the bottom of the page changes. You're then directed to copy and paste the citation into your report. Posted to Reference-Search | TrackBack
