Get the Skinny on All Kinds of Restaurants

It's tags! It's food! It's all kinds of reviews! How could I resist a food review site that uses tags? I like Dinnerbuzz ( http://www.dinnerbuzz.com/ ) though I wish they had more restaurant reviews in my area.

From the front page of the site you can search by tag or location. I tried to be a wiseacre and search for barbecue but there were no results yet. BBQ however did have ten results. Results include reviewer name, restaurant name, city/state location, and date of review. Click on the restaurant name and you'll get contact information, a Google Map, recent tags for the location, and comments from reviewers.

So far the reviews are sparsely populated -- I got better results by searching for a city, and then reviewing the restaurants listed. Another few hundred users and six months will do this database a lot of good. I also wish that more of the reviewers had included at least brief descriptions along with the tags -- part of the fun of reading
BurritoEater is seeing how extensively a taqueria can be slagged/praised. And hey, you learn a little bit more about the food, too.
