We Appear to Be Back

We appear to be back. However there's going to be some goofiness for a while, so please be patient. The templates were hosed, but I didn't like them anyway, so the place is going to look a bit generic for a while.

I am HUGELY BACKED UP with things I need to post. So what else is new. I'll move all the Katrina stuff into its own entry this evening.
