Google Services Guide is a Blogspot-hosted a list of Google services with a summary. Good night -- this list is huge! Meanwhile, Tipmonkies offers the ultimate Yahoo Services Guide list at http://www.tipmonkies.com/2005/11/30/the-ultimate-guide-to-yahoo-services.

Amazon is now offering a "Historical Pricing Service" which will provide three years of sales information for books, music, videos, and DVDs sold on Amazon. That's the good news. The bad news is that accessing this information starts at $499 a month. More details at Amazon.com.

There's an interesting project called Gollum available at http://gollum.easycp.de/en/ -- it's a project for accessing Wikipedia in a browser format. Very clean and easy to read. While it does work in Firefox it does not appear to work in Opera.

There's a database of programs that support youth and are designed to prevent youth violence at http://resources4youth.uwba.org/. This database covers the San Francisco Bay area.

Knovel has open access available for 8 Military Handbooks, information available at http://knovel.blogs.com/knews/2005/11/featured_titles.html.
This is for two weeks only and it started November 30th. Titles here include MIL-HDBK-1110: Handbook for Paints and Protective Coatings for Facilities and MIL-HDBK-5H: Metallic Materials and Elements for Aerospace Vehicle Structures. It appears that manual pages are available as both text and PDF.
