Three Cool RSS Feed Resources -- Whitehouse.gov, Amazon, and Utah

No no no. The White House hasn't started doing RSS that I know of. But Varchars.com has set up their own scraped Whitehouse.gov feed at http://varchars.com/rss/whitehouse.rdf . He also did some RSS feeds for EurekAlert, and then found out they had their own.... http://varchars.com/archives/2004/03/49.html .

Utah's Purchasing and General Services Division has started publishing their procurement bids via an RSS feed. Apparently Utah as a state has gotten more active about using RSS. Finally, Amazon has released a giant raft of RSS feeds at http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/subst/xs/syndicate.html . There are feeds based on books, electronics, music, DVD, magazines, toys, and software. There are also additional pointers to information about RSS on this page.
