An RSS Feed Directory Based on the Structure of the Open Directory Project

I can't find a lot here yet. There's a very nice structure put together for listing RSS feeds, but not much in the line of actual feed listings. Yet. RSSFeeds is available at http://www.rssfeeds.com/ .

When you first visit this site you're gonna think, "Man, this is kinda Open Directoryish." And it is. The site's about page admits that it is based on the Open Directory Project structure. That means you can drill down through some very familiar looking categories (including business, games, computers, health, etc.)

Unfortunately the categories I chose to wander through was empty, and I probably would have just abandoned the site if it hadn't been for the keyword search. A keyword search for "baseball" found 28 feed matches. The search listings themselves weren't that impressive -- name, description (if any), date indexed, and URL, but when you click on the "More Details" link for the feed you get a more impressive set of information.

Information includes a screen shot of the site, links to validate the RSS (four different validators!), where it is in the RSSFeeds directory, and a link to add the feed to your feed reader. There's a section forfeed data (though it appears it isn't developed yet), and lists of feeds also available on the feed's host. This looks like it could be a nice directory; now it just has to get populated!
